A unique solo-duet with a life-size puppet, WATCHING, ceci n’est pas de deux is a fascinating mix of puppetry, theatre and dance, taking you on a tender, entrancing journey. A woman is faced with her fears and desires, carving out a performance of horror and humour, with an animated and sometimes extremely evil avatar. Suitable for all, including children aged 10+. WATCHING, ceci n’est pas de deux is created and performed by dancer and puppeteer Ester Natzijl (formerly of Netherlands Dance Theatre, and puppeteer with Ulrike Quade and Duda Paiva Companies).
