Ester
Pre 1998She was trained academically in theatre and dance at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague.
1998 - 2004 She danced for several years with renowned companies like Introdans (1998-1999) and the Netherlands Dans Theater (1999-2003) and joined many dance-theatre projects as a freelance dancer (including one with the Frankfurter Ballet in 2004).
2004 - 2009She received additional training in theatre and mime, got her MA in Theatre Science from the University of Amsterdam and simultaneously created many acts and dance-theatre performances.

Now
In 2009 she performed as and dancer/actress in
Last Touch First, a co-production of Jiří Kylián and Michael Schumacher in Moscow, Vienna and Rome. She performed in
A Dog’s Heart of composer Aleksander Rasktaov in a direction of Simon McBurney at the
Holland Festival Amsterdam in 2010. In 2011 she danced in
Les Sylphides, a performance by Nicole Beutler. Next to that she was engaged as a dancer and puppeteer in
The Recycle Project of theatre-maker Ulrike Quade.
She also performed as a dancer/singer/actress in a co-production of the Worldband and created her own Dance- and puppettheatre performance PROPS for the Over het IJ festival and the Fringe Amsterdam. This year she will a.o. work with Duda Paiva (dancer/puppeteer) on his new production.
Besides that she is performing as a physical actress with her own created acts/performances on several locations, events, festivals and theatres in Europe. (Supper Club/-cruise and other locations in for example Verona, Istanbul, London, Berlin and Ukraine.)
